Micro-crack defects on capacitors

Problem : Micro-crack defects were found on capacitors after the reflow oven process.

Solve the problem : Actions taken by QA Supervisor.

ขั้นตอนการวิเคราะห์ Analysis : ใช้กล้องไมโครสโคป ( Microscope ) ส่องดูและทำ Cross-section เพื่อดูโครงสร้างภายใน

Root Cause : พบว่าการตั้งค่าอุณหภูมิในเตาอบ ( Thermal Profile ) ร้อนเร็วเกินไปทำให้วัสดุขยายตัวไม่ทัน

Risk Assessment : ประเมินว่ารอยร้าวนี้อาจทำให้วงจรช็อตได้ในอนาคต ( High Severity )

Prevention : ปรับปรุงโปรไฟล์ความร้อนใหม่ และเพิ่มขั้นตอนการตรวจด้วยเครื่อง AOI ( Automated Optical Inspection )
